How we pack your order

To keep your order cold we ensure all frozen product is kept frozen through our overnight Frozen Courier partner. Please make sure you have a chilly bin or bag outside so that we can leave your order at your doorstep if you aren't home. Alternatively, write in your order notes, your preferred delivery day (Monday to Friday) and we will ensure it is delivered on the specified day.

Delivery Days

We ship directly to your door within 2-4 days. Please allow another 1-2 days from dispactch, for delivery. You'll get a notification when your order has been shipped.

Pick Up is also available. Please wait for an email to confirm that your order is ready for pick up.

Tips

If you know you're going to be late please leave a chilly bin outside your door with ice packs inside. Please keep in mind this is a frozen product so must be put in your freezer straight away.

Please make sure you let the courier know how to get in to your property. If we can't get in or the gate is locked the courier will call you to arrange an Authority to Leave (ATL) or redeliver another day, but please be aware, you may be charged for this.
